The current real estate market has homebuyers and sellers feeling left in the dark and without a clear direction. You came to the right place! I am here to guide you from the first contact until closing and for many years beyond that. I make myself available for clients beyond the typical workday, which is when clients are available and ready for my help.
I was born and raised on the amazing island of Martha’s Vineyard off the coast of Cape Cod in Massachusetts. This has allowed me to help clients with all types of transactions as I know the island very well. If I am unaware of an answer, I know who to contact to get you the answer.
I am currently licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and I work for HomeSmart Heritage Realty. This allows me to help many more people find their dream home or sell their family home. It also allows me to be able to assist my clients to move to another town in the states I practice. I have an extremely large referral database since I am a part of the HomeSmart International family if a client is relocating to another state.
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), I can enhance my knowledge with specified designations and certifications. This allows me to guide and educate my clients to the best of my ability. I strive to continue educating myself beyond just licensing.
At this point, I have earned 1 designation. I have earned my designation as a NAR GREEN REALTOR®. With this, I can educate my clients about new builds of energy-efficient homes and retrofits to turn your current home into an energy-efficient home. This will allow everyone to enjoy this beautiful planet we live on for many more years.
I have also earned 6 certifications from the NAR. They are the At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), Internet Professional (e-PRO®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Resort & Second Property Specialist (RSPS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), & Short Sale and Foreclosures (SRF®).
I am a person that is driven by helping others around me and doing what I can to support and guide them. I do not rest until I have accomplished what I set out to. This is a quality that is great for a life of real estate, you need to make sure your clients are taken care of in the best possible way.
